| Do you deliver to my location? |
| We serve all of western Washington. Many items are delivered for free (see product pages or ask your sales representative). Delivery and pickup fees are based on the distance from our warehouse in Auburn. |

What is the difference between a tent and a canopy? |
| Many people use the terms interchangeably, but a canopy is just the top of the tent. Please specify if you want sides also. Generally, in the summer, you will get very hot if you do have sides as the air cannot circulate. Also, note that we do a lot of tents in the winter with sides and heaters. There are very good heaters that will keep you warm, even on cold days. |
| Can you put tents and bouncers on concrete, decks and other hard surfaces? |
| Yes, we have weights and water barrels to secure them on solid surfaces. |
| Can you help me decide if a tent will fit where I want it and what setup to get? |
| Absolutely! We provide complimentary tent site consultations. |
